Read from the beginning to the end step by step. Types of copper foil Mainly there are two types of copper foil is used  one is  ED ( Electrode Posited ) and another is RA ( Rolled Annealed ). Lets discuss on this both by detail . 1.  ED ( Electrode Posited Foil) It is the most widely used conductive material for printed wiring is electrode posited copper foil.The electroproduced copper foils produced by this process are usually shiny on one side and have a matte finish on the reverse side. The smooth, shiny side represents the beginning of the copper casing and the smooth finish reflects the surface of the drum cathode. The matte side represents the development of copper grains. 2.
